摘　　要：介绍决策树算法的应用情况,对Cart算法及其二元分裂原理进行阐述。对医院信息系统中元数据进行模式概念分层,运用决策树算法分析病人体检初始结果与疾病诊断间的关联关系。The paper introduces the application of decision tree algorithm,and Describes the the Cart algorith and principles of binary division. The metadata of hospital information system is divided into hierarchical concept mode, and theAssociation between initial results of physical examination and disease Diagnosis is analyzed with decision tree algorithm.
