摘  要:针对某地铁超深大基坑工程引入了混凝土环形支撑体系的设计理念,并结合地铁工程中较为普遍采用的"盖挖逆作"工法,总结出一种适合大型地铁基坑工程的新型支撑体系———"半逆作"环板形支撑体系。周围15 m逆作,中间顺作并对该种支撑体系进行了初步技术、经济分析,论述了该支撑体系的设计和施工中的关键技术。同时,对该种环板支撑体系进行了基于FLAC3D的数值分析,建立了三维地层模型并模拟开挖工况,重点研究了环板支撑体系的自身内力变化特点、基坑开挖引起的周边环境变形变位等。通过数值分析,对"半逆作"环板支撑体系设计的合理性和可行性进行了验证,并对工程施工提供了有益的指导。Based on a subway ultra-deep excavation project,the design ideas of concrete ring support system were introduced,and combined with the common cover and cut top-down method,a new supporting system called semi-inverse annular plate supporting system,which is suitable for subway ultra-deep excavation project,was drawn.In this supporting system,the surrounding area in 15 meters adopts top-down method,and the central area adopts normal construction method.The preliminary technology and economic analysis of this supporting system was conducted,as well,the key technology in the design and construction process of this system were discussed.Besides,the numerical analysis of this annular plate supporting system was conducted on platform of FLAC^(3D),through a 3D strata model to simulate the real excavation situation.During the numerical analysis,the internal force changes of the annular plate system and potential deformation or displacement of around buildings caused by excavation were mainly studied.Finally,the rationality and feasibility of the semi-inverse annular supporting system were proved and the real construction process can benefit from this numerical analysis.
