摘　　要：结合国内管道工程建设的现状,针对现有管道建设管理中物流管理工作效率低、成本高的情况,对作业成本法在EPC管道工程建设物流管理中应用的可行性、实际应用的方法以及应用的效果评价分别进行了论述。以期提高EPC管道工程建设物流管理效率,满足工程建设的需要,并降低物装公司的物流成本,提高工程效率。With the aim at solving the problems of low efficiency and high cost logistics management in current pipeline construction management, this paper discusses the applied feasibility, application practice and effect of the operational cost method in EPC pipeline project logistics management so as to raise logistics management efficiency, satisfy the engineering construction requirements, reduce logistics costs of materials and equipment companies and boost engineering efficiency.
