摘  要:为了解不同来源的副溶血性弧菌的毒力岛与毒力基因的分布及相互关系,对来自临床和食物源的180株副溶血性弧菌分离株,检测已知的毒力因子(tdh,trh)、系统性毒力基因(toxRS/new和orf8)和7个毒力岛(VPaI-1~VPaI-7)。结果表明,共检测到108株大流行株(食源株16株,人源株92株),有6株缺乏orf8。18株tdh阳性的菌株均含有全部或部分的VPaI-7基因。大流行株均含有VPaI-1,有107株大流行株含有VPaI-5。12株临床致病株均含有VPaI-7,但缺乏VPaI-1和VPaI-5。几乎所有大流行株含有全部或部分的VPaI-2和VPaI-3基因,多数致病株和非致病株还有部分的VPaI-2和VPaI-3基因;4株trh阳性的菌株均只有VPaI-3的VP1094阅读框。VPaI-4基因只存在于大流行株菌株中。所有菌株都有全部或部分的VPaI-6基因。食物链中出现大流行克隆是导致食物中毒的主要危害因子。In this study,the presence of known virulence factors(tdh,trh),systematic genetic markers(toxRS/new,orf8) and seven important genomic islands(GIs)(VPaI-1~VPaI-7) in 180 isolates from clinical and food sources were derermined in order to demonstrate the distribution of these GIs and virulent genes in V.parahaemolyticus isolates.Results showed that a total of 108 isolates including 16 foodborne isolates and 92 clinical isolates belonged to pandemic clone in which 6 isolates were absence of orf8 gene.All the 18 tdh positive strains harbored all or part of the VPaI-7 genes.All pandemic strains harbored VPaI-1 and VPaI-5 expect one strain that was short of VPaI-5.All twelve clinical pathogenic strains had VPaI-7 but lacked VPaI-1 and VPaI-5.All pandemic strains harbored all or part of the VPaI-2 genes,most of the pathogenic and nonpathogenic strains contained partial genes of VPaI-2.42 pandemic strains had the complete genes of VPaI-3,the others only included partial genes;4 trh positive strains only harbored VP1094 in VPaI-3.Genes of VPaI-4 were exclusively present in the pandemic strains.VPaI-6 genes were harbored by almost all the strains irrespective of their pandemic,pathogenic or nonpathogenic traits.The pandemic clone in food chain was the hazard factor causing the outbreaks.
