摘　　要：弯曲菌是一种重要的食源性人兽共患病原菌,食用弯曲菌污染的禽肉食品是人感染弯曲菌的重要来源,而由其引起的弯曲菌病病例在世界各地普遍呈上升的趋势。论文对禽肉食品中弯曲菌的流行状况和防控的研究进展进行了综述,为制定切实可行的弯曲菌防控措施提供科学依据。Campylobacter is the most common zoonotic and food-borne bacterial associated with human diarrhea in both developing and developed countries.Consumption of contaminated poultry meat is an important source of human campylobacteriosis and the cases are rising all over the world.The paper reviewed the research of contamination and prevention of Campylobacter in poultry meat,and provided information for the viable measures to control the prevalence of Campylobacter spp.
