摘 要:本文介绍了把LTCC技术和频率合成技术结合起来实现的Ka波段频率合成器,采用带小数分频的双环结构同时实现了低相位噪声和高频率分辨率,并结合LTCC技术,在表面安装有源器件,无源器件集成在基片内部,这样可以进一步提高系统集成度,实现小型化目标。该频率合成器输出频率为34.8GHz-35.2GHz,步进2MHz,相位噪声为-75dBc/Hz@1kHz,-80dBc/Hz@10kHz,-90dBc/Hz@100kHz,通过合理布局,该频率合成器面积仅为42mm×49mm,与文献[2]相比面积缩小了37%。A Ka band frequency synthesizer which has been achieved by combing the LTCC technology with the frequency synthesizing technology has been presented in this paper.Low phase noise and high frequency resolution have been achieved simultaneously by adopting double ring structure with fractional N division.And combing with LTCC technology it can improve the integration level and realize the goal of miniaturization when the active elements are mounted on the surface and the passive elements are integrated inside the substrate.The output frequency of this frequency synthesizer is from 34.8GHz to 35.2GHz,frequency step is 2MHz.phase noise is-75dBc@1kHz,-80dBc@10kHz,-90dBc@100kHz.The area of this frequency synthesizer is only 42mm×49mm through proper arrangement.The area of this frequency synthesizer has been reduced 37%compared to reference2.
