INS、IGF-1和IGFBP-3在子宫内膜癌患者血清中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨胰岛素(INS)、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)在子宫内膜癌患者血清的表达及临床意义。方法采用电化学发光法和免疫放射法检测30例子宫内膜癌患者血清INS、IGF-Ⅰ及IGFBP-3的表达水平。结果子宫内膜癌组胰岛素水平显著升高(158.06±47.82),与对照组(57.30±33.21)差异有显著性(P>0.01)。而IGF-Ⅰ及IGFBP-3两组间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。子宫内膜癌临床病理各期血清INS、IGF-Ⅰ及IGFBP-3水平比较差异无显著性意义(均P>0.05)。结论高胰岛素血症与子宫内膜癌发生有关。检测血INS有助于发现子宫内膜癌高危人群,从而有利于早期预防。Objective To explore the expression levels of serum insulin(INS),insulin-like growth factor-I(IGF-Ⅰ)and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3)in the patients with endometrial cancer and to discuss the clinical significance.Methods The serum levels of INS,IGF-Ⅰ and IGFBP-3 were determined by electro-chemiluminometry and immunoradiometricassay in 30 patients with endometrial cancer and 20 cases of health.Results The expression levels of INS in endometrial cancer group(158.06±47.82)were significantly higher than that of health group(57.30±33.21)(P<0.01),but the IGF-Ⅰ and IGFBP-3 levels were not significantly difference in tow groups(P>0.05).the serum levels of INS,IGF-Ⅰ and IGFBP-3 in the different stages of the cancer were of no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion High serum INS levels were associated with oncogenesis of endometrial cancer and the detection of INS may be found the risk people for endometrial cancer.
