摘 要:通过在铅芯橡胶支座的两侧安装X型钢棒,形成有限位功能的铁路桥梁专用的双向隔震支座,有效限制中、小地震作用下支座的相对位移,保证中、小地震作用下轨道结构不发生破坏,以及列车运行的安全性。利用反应谱法设计铅芯橡胶支座和X型钢棒限位器,并采用ANSYS建立精细有限元模型,对铅芯橡胶支座双向隔震桥梁模型和采用新型双向隔震支座的桥梁模型进行地震时程响应的对比分析。分析结果表明,新型隔震支座在中、小地震下有效限制桥梁上部结构的位移,保护轨道结构不破坏,大震时具有较好的隔震减震效果。A new type seismic isolation bearing with deformation restriction function had been designed by setting X-type restrainer at both sides of rubber lead bearings for Railway Bridge,which can prohibit the destruction of track system under break load of train and occasional and frequent earthquakes,and protect running safety of train.The rubber lead bearings and X-type dampers were designed with response spectrum method respectively and accurate FE modal had been established with ANSYS to compare the response of Non-isolation Bridge,seismic isolation bridge with rubber lead bearing and seismic isolation bridge with new type bearing under earthquakes.The results show that the new type bearing can restrict the deformation of the track system effectively.The track system remains non-destruction state under occasional and frequent earthquake and has a good seismic isolation effect under rare earthquakes.
