摘 要:以某电厂大型脱硫塔为研究背景,对该结构进行动力反应分析计算研究,探求结构的最不利激励波输入方向;并以该结构为原型,建立薄壁壳结构的简化结构模型,提出对该类结构的简化结构计算模式。根据这一方法,选取两类地震波,分别沿与结构开口方向成0°、30°、60°和90°角的方向输入原型结构和简化薄壁壳结构,计算结构的顶部位移和塔体加速度分布等反应。结果表明,激励波的输入方向对结构的动力反应有显著的影响,并且在原型结构基础上简化后的薄壁壳结构与原型结构具有相近的动力反应。在为原型结构的优化设计提供必要参数的同时,还可为薄壁壳结构的设计计算提供简便的计算模式和新的设计思路。Based on a large scale desulfurization for the research background,this paper studied the dynamic characteristics of the structure and explored the most unfavorable direction of excitation wave input.And take the desulfurization for the prototype,the simplified structure model of the thin-walled shell is established.The simplified calculation model of this type of structures will be presented in this paper.According to this method,two type earthquake waves are selected and loaded to the prototype structure and the simplified thin-walled shell structure along the direction of 0°,30°,60° and 90° angle relative to the opening direction.The dynamic response is calculated,including the top displacement and acceleration distribution of the two structures.The results show that the direction of the excitation wave has significant influence on the dynamic response of the structure.The dynamic response of the simplified thin-walled shell structure approximated to the prototype desulfurization structure.It can provide necessary parameters to the structural optimization design of desulfurization tower and simplified calculation model and new design ideas to the design calculation of thin-walled shell structure.
