摘  要:玻璃纤维(GFRP)筋是一种轻质高强、具有良好耐腐蚀性且价格相对较低的新型复合材料,越来越多的GFRP筋被用到混凝土结构工程中以解决钢筋锈蚀带来的混凝土结构耐久性问题,但由于其抗剪强度较低,在进行力学性能测试时不能直接夹持在试验机上,必须研制出相应的锚具。介绍两种新型GFRP筋锚具并利用研制出的锚具对玻璃纤维筋进行力学性能试验,采用3种不同直径玻璃纤维筋,共计15根。试验结果表明,研制出的锚具可以成功地应用到玻璃纤维筋力学性能试验中;玻璃纤维筋应力-应变关系呈线弹性,无屈服点,表现出一定的脆性,但其质量较轻且具有较高的极限抗拉强度,可以替代钢筋在混凝土结构中应用。Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer(GFRP)bar is a new construction material with light weight,high tensile strength,strong resistance to corrosion and lower price.GFRP bars are increasingly used instead of steel reinforcement to solve the corrosion problems in reinforced concrete structures.A special anchorage for the GFRP bar specimens is needed to conduct standard mechanical property tests because of the relatively low shear strength of GFRP bar.This paper introduces two new anchorages and presents the results of standard tension strength tests of GFRP bars conducted using these new anchorage details.Fifteen GFRP bar specimens with three different bar diameters were used in the tests.The results show that the proposed anchorages can be used to successfully conduct standard tension mechanical property tests:namely,the stress-strain relationship of GFRP bar is linear-elastic to fracture without an apparent yield point.Although GFRP bars are brittle material,they can be used to replace conventional steel bars in reinforced concrete structures because of their high ultimate tensile strength.
