摘　　要：本文从传统视听证据出发,阐释了现代视听电子证据的基本概念,论述了当前视听电子证据的特点,并从证据学的关联性标准、合法性标准与真实性标准3个方面论述了如何规范获取视听电子证据,针对视听电子证据采信难的问题,重点给出了解决方案。Proceeding from traditional audio-video evidence,the article explained the basic conception of modern audio-video electronic evidence,interpreted the features of the current audio-video electronic evidence and clarified how to get the audio-video electronic evidence normally on the basis of the relation,legitimacy and factuality standards.Put forward a scheme on the audio-video electronic evidence how to be admitted.
