辅导员在高校抵御宗教渗透工作中的对策思考

摘　　要：辅导员作为高校学生思想政治教育管理工作最基层的老师,决定其在抵御宗教渗透中的特殊作用。在日常工作中,辅导员要与所带的每位学生建立情感基础;旗帜鲜明地开展理想信念教育;关注大学生信教的易感人群;及时掌握学生信教情况;主动开展抵御宗教渗透的工作。当前高校辅导员在思想认识、理论水平、信息掌握、工作方法等方面还存在不足,因而学校和政府有关部门要加强对辅导员的宗教知识培训,及时向辅导员通报高校宗教渗透的相关信息,鼓励和支持辅导员对高校宗教渗透问题进行专项研究。Counselor,as the grassroot teacher of college students' political and ideological education management in colleges and universities,plays a special role in the resistance to religious infiltration.In daily routines,counselors should establish affection and ideal belief with students,care about students sensitive to religion,understand the state of religious students and actively resist to the infiltration of western religions.However,counselors in colleges and universities are not full competent at their work due to their ideological understanding,theoretical level,information grasped and working method.Therefore,it is advisable to carry out counselors' training concerning religious knowledge,inform them of relevant religious infiltration and encourage them to engage in researches on religious infiltration in colleges and universities.
