摘 要:本研究建立了PCR和寡核苷酸探针阵列杂交技术,方便、快速、准确地检测了海水中创伤弧菌的存在状况。本项检测针对创伤弧菌的两个重要毒性基因vvhA,viuB,其中viuB可以对普通环境株和致病株进行区分。渤海湾沿岸6个采样点,共60个沿岸海水样本被用于这一方法的评估,得到了这些采样点所在区域创伤弧菌的分布,毒性株的存在状况的信息。Vibrio vulnificus is a significant pathogen to human beings, and has a wide distribution in the marine environment. As the development of seawater maricuhure, tourism and increasing consumption of seafood, the investigation of Vibrio vulnificus in seawater has become more and more important. In this study, a method combined use of PCR and oligonucleatide probe array hybridization was developed for the detection of Vibrio vulnificus in coastal seawater as well as investigation of virulence. The target genes used for detection were vvhA and viuB ; both of them are important virulence genes of Vibrio vulnificus. Besides, viuB was specific for pathogenic Vibrio vulnifwus strains. A total of 60 coastal seawater samples collected from 6 sites in BoHai Gulf were tested to showed the distribution of Vibrio vulnificus and existence of virulent strains.
