摘　　要：从系统论的一般特性出发,分析运用系统论方法研究医药卫生系统的必要性,并从系统论的角度来认识我国目前的医药卫生体制改革。根据系统论整体、层次、关联、统一的特性,从目标规划系统构建、行政决策体系、医疗服务体系、医疗保障体系、公共卫生服务体系、药品保障体系、信息系统7个方面阐述了目前我国正在进行的医药卫生体制改革的系统观,为我国医药卫生体制改革提出建议。This paper explains the general characteristics of the System Theory,and analyzes the necessity to study and explain health system reform in China with method of System Theory.According to the features of System Theory,such as integrity,hierarchy,relevance,and unity,the authors explained the systematic views of health system reforms from seven aspects including objectives planning construction,administrative and decision-making system,health care system,health insurance system,public health service system,supply of medicine and information system.
