摘　　要：针对毫米波大气衰减对海上毫米波RCS测量试验的影响,利用Matlab对测量数据进行回归分析,并建立毫米波大气衰减模型,最后通过方差分析和回归效果分析等,对毫米波大气衰减模型进行评估检验。该模型的建立有效地提高了外场毫米波RCS测量精度。This paper studies how the atmospheric attenuation affects the experiments of millimeter-wave measuring with RCS over sea.The measured data is regressively analyzed by using Matlab and the model of the millimeter-wave attenuation in atmosphere is given.And this model is assessed and inspected by variance analysis and regression effect analysis;it effectively improves the precision of field millimeter-wave measuring with RCS.
