摘　　要：青少年是我们发展体育事业的关键,只有重视青少年足球后备人才的培养,才能实现我们振兴足球事业的宏愿。文章通过对山西省青少年足球后备人才的现状进行研究,从对足球运动的认识、从事足球运动的青少年数量、科学的训练手段和训教结合等问题进行分析和研究,为我们的青少年足球后备人才的培养提供有力的支持。Young people are the key of the development of sports,Only the importance of young football talents in training,Can we achieve our ambition to revive football.Based on current conditions of the young football reserved talents in Shanxi Province,from the knowledge of football,the number of youth football players,scientific training methods and the combinations of training and education,the paper does analysis and research,tries to support our young football reserved talents cultivation.
