开展全科医学教育培训工作的几点体会

摘　　要：1997年国家做出了"加快发展全科医学,培养全科医生"的重要决策。从2000年开始,杭州开展了全科医学教育培训工作。通过几年的实践,我们觉得要做好这项工作,统一思想是前提、领导重视是关键、政策措施是保障、规范管理是根本。In 1997 the state made a important policy to accelerate the development of family medicine and train general practitioners. From 2000,Hangzhou launched a general practice education and training.Through years of practice,we realized that doing this work better unified thinking is the premise,leadership is the key importance,policies and measures is guarantee and standard management is fundamental.
