摘　　要：目的研究骨肉瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9(mmp-9)的表达情况,分析其与骨肉瘤肺转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测42例骨肉瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9(mmp-9)的表达。结果非转移组5例阳性、转移组16例阳性、卡方值为9.54,P<0.05。组间有显著差异。结论mmp-9可以作为骨肉瘤发生肺转移的标志物。Objective The aim of the study is to detect the expression of mmp-9 and to analysis the correlation with lung metastasis of osteosarcoma.Method Mmp-9 was detected immunohistochemically in 42 paraffin specimens of 42 classical osteosarcoma patients.Results In 21 specimens,mmp-9 showed positive staining.Conclusions Mmp-9 can be the molecular marker for lung metastasis of osteosarcoma.
