摘　　要：目的研究白介素1B(interleukin-1B,IL-1B)基因启动子区-31位点基因多态性在正常人群和胃癌患者中的分布,分析IL-1B-31基因多态性分布是否与性别有关,探讨IL-1B-31基因多态性与胃癌发生的关系。方法收集101例胃癌患者和113名正常健康人外周血标本,提取DNA,用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测IL-1B启动子区-31位点基因多态性(C→T)。结果IL-1B基因-31位点基因多态性在正常人群和胃癌患者中的分布无显著性差异,与性别无关,携带-31C等位基因可增加患胃癌的危险性。结论IL-1B-31位点基因多态性可能与胃癌的发生无关。Objective To investigate the genotype frequencies of interleukin-1B gene promoter region-31(IL-1B-31) in gastric cancer cases and normal controls,to analyze the difference of IL-1B-31 polymorphisms between the male and female,to evaluate the association between polymorphisms of IL-1B-31 and gastric cancer.Method The polymorphisms of IL-1B-31 were analyzed by PCR-restriction gragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) after extracting the genomic DNA from 101 gastric cancers' samples and 113 normal control samples.Results The polymorphisms of IL-1B-31 have no significant difference between gastric cancer cases and normal controls,and the distributing of genotypes has nothing to do with the sex.Furthermore,the risk can be raised when the IL-1B-31 C allele is existed.Conclusion IL-1B-31 gene polymorphism may be not associated with the gastric cancer.
