摘　　要：我国高等教育目前已进入大众化教育阶段,教学质量和规模增长之间的矛盾较为突出,大学生在数量上的蓬勃发展应与人才质量上提升相统一。推行教、学融合运行机制,从人才的市场化需求出发,促进教学改革贴近市场,教学相长;从第一课堂与第二课堂的效率、效益提升,明确教学理念、学习理念,促进高质量人才培养。Popularization of higher education in China has entered the stage of education,the quality of teaching and the more prominent the contradiction between the growth in size.Students flourish in the quantity and quality of professionals should be forced to enhancing unity.The implementation of education,school integration mechanisms,the market demand for talents,promote market-oriented reform of teaching and professional practice;from the first class and second-class efficiency,enhance efficiency,a clear idea of teaching,learning,and promote hi gh-quality training of personnel.
