摘　　要：本文从政治素质、思想素质、能力素质、个性素质和思维方式等五个方面探讨了大学生班级干部所应具备的素质修养,由此提出了新时期大学生班级干部加强自身素质修养所应注意的问题,指出培养、任用和锻炼学生干部的着力点。This essay explores required qualities of college class cadres from five aspects: political quality,ideological quality,competence,personality and modes of thinking.It then puts forward the questions deserving attention in enhancing the cultivation of their qualities and points out the pivotal elements in training,appointing and tempering class cadres.
