摘 要:目的探讨Bowen病中细胞周期调节蛋白p21^(WAF1)及Ki-67蛋白的表达和意义。方法用免疫组织化学SP法检测35例Bowen病和12名正常人皮肤黏膜组织中p21^(WAF1)蛋白、Ki-67蛋白的表达和分布。结果正常人皮肤黏膜组织中p21^(WAF1)蛋白阴性表达、Ki-67蛋白表达仅见于基底层;Bowen病皮损中,p21^(WAF1)蛋白、Ki-67蛋白的表达均增高,与正常人皮肤黏膜相比较差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论Bowen病中p21^(WAF1)的高表达可能与肿瘤细胞的分化有关。Objective To investigate the expression and implication of p21^(WAF1) and Ki-67 in the le- sions of Bowen Disease.Methods p21^(WAF1),Ki-67 proteins were examined with immunohistochemical SP method in 35 cases Bowen disease and 12 cases of normal skin or muscosa.Results Both of the expression of p21^(WAF1) protein and Ki-67 protein were elevated in Bowen disease lesions(both P<0.01),but the expression of p21^(WAF1) proteins was not observed in normal skin or muscosa and the expression of Ki-67 proteins was ob- served only in basal cells.Conclusion Over-expression of Ki-67 proteins may indicate higher cellular pro- liferation in Bowen disease.Over-expression of p21^(WAF1) protein might be related to the differentiation of the tu- mor.
