摘　　要：党的执政资源形式多样,其中组织资源是党执政的基础与依托。加强党的执政能力建设必须不断拓展党的组织资源。在新的历史条件下,党的组织资源面临各种挑战:社会结构的变迁使党的组织基础面临挑战;党的队伍迅速发展,自身管理难度加大;党的基层组织有所弱化;党内"无组织力量"的滋生,侵蚀党的肌体。要巩固与拓展党的组织资源,必须不断加强党的阶级基础,扩大党的群众基础;加强基层组织先进性建设,创新党的基层组织工作;加强党的组织管理,优化组织结构;遏制党内"无组织力量"的生长,构建干部教育培训体制,全面提升党员干部综合素质。Strengthening the party's ability to govern must continue to expand the party's organizational resources.In the new historical conditions,the CCP faces the challenges of organizational resources:social structure changes challenged the party's organizational foundation;the rapid development of the party member,manage itself more difficulty;organizations ground have weakened;'unorganized forces' breeding,eroding the party's body.To consolidate and expand the party's organizational resources, we must constantly strengthen the party's class foundation,expand its mass base;To strengthen the building of the grass-root the party organizations advanced,innovative the work of the grass-root the party organizations;Strengthening the party's organizational management,optimization of the organizational structure;Containment the Party 'unorganized forces' growing,built cadre education and training system to upgrade the overall quality of the leader.
