摘　　要：不同的司法管辖关于船舶扣押的法律不仅在实质法上存在较大的差异,而且在程序法上也有许多不同之处.该文对不同的司法管辖体系关于船舶扣押的法律作了介绍,重点讨论姐妹船扣押、错误扣押等相关问题.The laws on arrest of vessels vary largely on substan- tial aspect in various jurisdictions and there also exist many dif- ferences on procedure aspect.This paper introduced the legal basis and practical issues on arrest of ships in various jurisdic- tions.Some main issues such as sister ship arrest and wrongful arrest were discussed.
