两种工艺提取的蜂胶效果研究

摘　　要：利用HP6890GC/5973MSD气-质联用分析仪分析乙醇提取的蜂胶和CO_2超临界提取蜂胶主要成分;采用测定抑菌圈大小的方法对比两种工艺提取蜂胶的抗菌效果;使用雄性SD大鼠分别建立高脂血症动物模型,测定了血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)值等指标。结果表明:乙醇提取的蜂胶共鉴定出17个组分,以黄酮类化合物为主,CO_2超临界提取的蜂胶共鉴定出23个组分,以烷烯类化合物为主;乙醇提取蜂胶的抗菌效果显著高于超临界提取的蜂胶,但对黄曲霉菌和青霉菌都没有抑菌效果;只有CO_2超临界蜂胶高剂量组的TG值和乙醇提取蜂胶高剂量组的TC值分别与对照组相比差异显著,其他指标差异不显著。Analyzed the primary composition of the propolis in two extracted methods by using GC-MS (HP6890GC/5973MSD);Studied contrastively antibiotic effect of propolis in two extracted methods by quantifying the effect of bacteriostatic circle;After succeeding in modelling male SD rats with high-lipid,then quantified the values of TC,TG,HDL-C.Results:the determined 17 components soaked and drawed out by ethanol took flavonoids chemical compounds as the core; while the determined 23 components by CO_2 supercritical extraction are main alkane wishing type chemical compounds;The antibiotic effect of the EEP (Ethanol Extraction Propolis) is better significantly than SEP (Supercritical Extraction Propolis),but the two kinds of propolis have no effect on Aflatoxin and Penicillium;the effects of high dose group of SEP on decreasing the content of serum TG in rats and,the effects of high dose group of EEP on decreasing the content of serum TC in rats were significant.compared to control groups,other indexs have no significance.
