摘  要:以耳石长宽比(L/K)、长短叉长比(L_1/L_2)、长短叉宽比(K_1/K_2)、长叉长宽比(L_1/K_1)、短叉长宽比(L_2/K_2)、长叉长与缺口距比(L_1/N)、鱼体叉长(H)与耳石重量比(H/W)为形态学分析参数,比较了黄海蓝点马鲛(Scomberomorus nipho- nius)不同群体间耳石的形态学特征。结果表明,吕泗3个批次样品间耳石形态无显著性差异,赣榆群体与吕泗及胶南群体在个别形态指标上呈显著性差异,吕泗和胶南群体各项指标均没有显著性差异。聚类分析显示吕泗群体与胶南群体、赣榆群体间的欧氏距离分别为3.09和3.38,赣榆群体与胶南群体间的欧氏距离为4.59。吕泗群体与胶南群体间距离较近。结果表明耳石形态学分析是鱼类群体鉴别的有效手段。Otolith morphology was applied to identify Spanish mackersl,Scomberomorus niphonius stocks in the Yellow Sea.Some morphological parameters such as L/K,L_1/L_2 and K_1/K_2 were used.The otoliths of them were collected in Lüsi,Ganyu and Jiaonan waters and cluster-analyzed.The results indicted that no sig- nificant differences were found among three Lüsi specimens and between Lüsi and Jiaonan stocks,while siginifi- cant differences were found between Ganyu and other two stocks for some parameters.The Euclidean distances for Lüsi and Jiaonan,Ganyu stocks were 3.09 and 3.38,while those of the Ganyu and Jiaonan stocks were 4.59.Therefore,Lüsi and Jiaonan stocks were more closely related than the others.Analysis of otolith mor- phology is an effective tool for fish stock identification.
