摘　　要：为提高16MnR钢板的机械性能合格率,对其生产工艺进行调整和改进。通过控制化学成分、轧制工序采用合理的加热和控制轧制工艺,提高了各项机械性能,2006年济钢共生产16MnR钢板60 648.796 t,性能不合格率仅为1.55%。In order to improving the pass of mechanical property about 16MnR steel plate,we have regulated and improved the production technology.By way of controlling the chemistry component,procedure in rolling was adopted reasonable production technology,which was temperature of heating technology and control rolling,improving the mechanical property and percent of pass of steel plate.All of 16mnr produced by Jinan Steel was 60 648.796 t in 2006,the disqualification-rate was percentage of 1.55.
