摘　　要：由于原有铁水运输模式已不能适应炼钢的生产节奏,济钢根据实际生产匹配的特点,在高炉区域投用鱼雷罐运送铁水。通过对鱼雷罐的相关准备工作及配套设施的改造,成功实现了三炼钢与高炉区域铁水联络,使生产组织形式更加灵活,减少了炉前机车作业强度,为炼钢产线的稳定生产提供了保证。Because inhere molten iron traffic model isn't fit for production rhythm of steel-making,we carry molten iron with fish torpedo jar in big blast furnace region according to fact suited production characteristic in Jinan Steel.We carry out molten iron traffic between three steel-making and BF successfully through both fish torpedo jar ready work and correlation establish reconstruction.For it,we can make production organization style more flexible,lessen task intensity of forward-furnace and guarantee stable production of steel-making production lines.
