摘　　要：为积极主动适应内外部环境变化,更好地实现企业经济、清洁、高效生产,济钢在企业内部推行卓越绩效管理模式。通过建立卓越生产管理团队和深化生产组织,提高了企业管理的成熟度和综合管理水平,增强了获得绩效的能力和企业竞争力。Jinan steel pushes excellent performance management model inside company for adapting inside and outside environment variety terribly and carrying out corporation production economically,cleanly and loftily.We improve enterprise management maturation tolerance and integrate supervise level and boost up capability of gaining performance and corporation competition force through building excellent production management team and deepening manufacture organization.
