苹果中有机磷农药残留的气相色谱法测定

摘　　要：应用毛细管气相色谱仪附氮磷检测器,测定了水果中甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、水胺硫磷、毒死蜱4种有机磷农药残留;讨论了不同提取液用量,不同的淋洗液对回收率的影响,同时优化了色谱条件.结果表明:50mL丙酮作提取剂,50 mL石油醚-丙酮(体积比为3:1)作淋洗液,二阶程序升温NPD测定,加标回收率达到76.63%～90.60%,精密度(RSD)为1.69%～4.61%,线性为0.40μg/mL～10.00μg/mL,最低检出限为0.02 mg/kg～0.10 mg/kg.A method for the determination of four organophos phorus pesticide residues (methamidophos, acephate,isocarbophos,chlorpyrifos) in apples has been developed by gas chromatography equipped with NPD detector.It disussed the effect of extraction and elution to the recoveries in this paper,and improve the determination method by gas chromatography.The result indicates:50 mL acetone as extraction,50 mL pe- troleum eher and acetone (3:1) as elution.The recoveries of these organophosphorus pesticidesare between the range of 76.63%～90.60%,and the precision are between the range of 1.69%～4.61%,The linear ranges are 0.40～10.00μg/mL,the detection limits are 0.02-0.10 mg/kg.The method introduced here is simple,feasible and reliable.
