摘 要:从昆明冶炼厂周围的废水中分离到1株对多种重金属及抗生素具有抗性的沙雷氏菌菌株KMR3,对该菌株进行了形态学观察和生理生化特征及16S rRNA基因序列分析.结果显示菌株KMR3为革兰氏阴性短杆菌,周生鞭毛,产生红色色素,而且不同金属离子影响色素颜色.通过对菌株KMR3的16S rRNA基因序列进行测定和同源性比对,发现与粘质沙雷氏菌(Serratia marcescens)16S rRNA基因序列有高达99.9%的同源性,结合形态和生理生化指标,将其初步鉴定为粘质沙雷氏菌(Serratia marcescens).Serratia sp. KMR3 was isolated from wastewater of a smeltery in Kunming, which showed universal resistance to antibiotics and heavy metals. Its morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis were performed. Morphological and physiological characteristics of this strain indicated that it was gram - negative, short rod, flagella round and could produce red pigments, while metal irons had effects on pigments color.The sequence of this strain showed 99.9% similarity to Serratia marcescens, together with the results of morphological , physiological and biochemical characteristics, the isolate was primarily identified as Serratia marcescens.
