黄芩素清除自由基作用研究

摘　　要：利用紫外光谱法研究了黄芩素对1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基自由基(DPPH.)和超氧自由基的清除作用.结果表明,黄芩素能有效清除超氧阴离子自由基,在酸性条件它对DPPH.自由基具有很强的清除作用,当pH值为3时其清除率达93.05%.The scavenging effects in vitro of the baicalein on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radical(DPPH·),the scavenging effects of the baicalein on superoxide radical(O-2·) were studied by using UV-Vis spectrum.The results shown that baicalein could be well used in scavenging superoxide radical.Further research discovered that pH had a great effect on the DPPH free radical scavenging rate,the scavenging rate of the baicalein is the 93.05% when pH is about 3.0.
