摘 要:钢铁材料挤压铸造的高温高压条件决定了型芯与制件间的摩擦阻力远大于常见的有色金属挤压铸造。所需的抽芯力不能按照滑动摩擦来考虑,而需要依据粗糙峰粘附机理按照高温干静摩擦来计算。这时的最小抽芯力实质上就是使粗糙峰粘附点或者使粗糙峰剪切断裂时的最大静摩擦力。理论分析得到了抽芯力与脱模温度、制件以及型芯材料的屈服强度和临界切应力、以及它们之间的界面粗糙度、粗糙峰数量的定量关系,并据此给出了抽芯力的计算公式。The higth temperature and pressure condition in steel and iron material liquid forging decides that the friction between the core and the work piece is much bigger than the common non-ferrous metal liquid forging. The smallest strength of pulling out of the core should not to be considered as the sliding friction, but needs to rest on the rough peak adherence mechanism to do the static friction according to the high temperature to calculate. By now the smallest strength of pulling out of the core materially is the dot of adherence of rough peak or the biggest static friction of the cut of the rough peak. Though theoretical analysis, some quota relations such as the strenght of the pulling out of the core and the stripping temperature, the work piece and the yield strength and the critical shear stress of the core materials, as well as surface roughness and the rough peak quantity are obtained and according to the above the formula of strength of pulling out of the core is given out.
