摘  要:通过制作石蜡切片,在幼果生长期对韩国梨外果皮进行了观察测定,并在组织结构上研究套袋对其生长的影响,旨在为生产上改善其外观性状提供参考。结果表明:(1)韩国梨幼果期外果皮组织结构由外向内为角质膜覆盖的角质层、表皮细胞层(包括皮孔发育初期形态)和木栓形成层,外果皮共有细胞5-8层。(2)幼果期外果皮生长动态呈现各层细胞随果实膨大增大生长。从组织结构水平上看,表皮细胞层向内分化的木栓形成层细胞较小。(3)幼果期套袋使外果皮各层细胞形状趋于一致、各细胞层间隙变小。It is observed on the exocarp growth of two prominent characterized Korean pears during young fruit period, while we have study on the influence to the cells of bagged fruit at the level of tissue structure to improve its appearance quality. The result showed that: (1) Tissue structure of exocarp where'there are 5-8 layers has the cuticle, which is covered with cuticle membrane, the epidermal layer and cork cambium from outside to inside in young fruit period. It appeared special fission state between the cuticle and epidemic layer, namely the state of stoma in initial period (2) The size of cells in epidermal layer increases with fruit transverse diameter increasing. Cells of cork cambium appear small compared to those in epidermic layer from the observation of tissue structure. (3) Micro-environment after bagging has the trend to make each layer of epidermal cells grow regularly, and make them closely packed.
