必修课跨栏跑教学采用“活动式替代栏板”教学法研究

摘　　要：针对体育学院田径必修课女生在跨栏跑学习过程普遍存在一定恐惧心理现象,结合教学实践和教学对象特点,在哈体院跨栏跑教学中采用“活动式替代栏板”教学法实验,教学实验结果表明,新式教法有助于消除学生在跨栏时的恐惧感和心理障碍,增强学生跨栏的练习信心和积极性,加快了学生学习跨栏跑的进程,使跨栏跑教学取得显著效果。Aiming at the existence of fear during the process of studying straddling among the girls in PE institute and combining the claracteristic of teaching practice with the trait of teaching objects,we attempted to apply the teaching method of 'Active Substitute Railing'during the process of straddling teaching,the results show the new way was helpful to remove the strdents'fear and psychologic obstacle during straddling and to strengthen their practice confidence and positivity,thus speed up the proceeding of students'studying straddling and obtained significant effects.
