摘  要:目的检测急性白血病(AL)患者谷胱甘肽硫转移酶-π(GST-π)、多药耐药相关蛋白1 (MRP1)的表达,探讨二者与AL多药耐药性(MDR)及临床预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测80例AL患者及30名正常人外周血单个核细胞GST-π、MRP1表达。结果GST-π、MRP1在难治组的阳性率均高于初治组和完全缓解组;初治组的阳性率高于对照组。GST-π、MRP1表达阳性组与阴性组之间的完全缓解率差异有统计学意义。结论GST-π和MRP1的高表达与AL临床耐药有关,GST-π和MRP1表达阳性的AL患者完全缓解率明显降低,GST-π和MRP1表达时白血病患者预后不良。Objective Through detecting the expression of glutathione-s-thrans- feranses-π(GST-π)multidrug resistance relevance protein1(MRP1)in acute leukemia(AL)patients,investigated relationships between multidrug resistance protein and multidrug resistance or prognosis.Methods S-p immunohisto- chemical staining method was used to determine GST-πand MRP1 in 80 AL patients and 30 normal sub- jectes.Results The positivity percentage in refractory group is hightest value in the three groups.Statistics showed that there was correlationship between the expression of GST-πand MRP1 in refractory group.Con- clusion Over-expression of GST-πand MRP1 is associated with MDR in AL.Positive expressions of mul- tidrug resistance proteins,whose CR rates were significantly low.GST-πand MRP1 expressions may account for poor prognosis.
