摘　　要：侵袭性肺曲霉菌病(IPA)在造血干细胞移植受者和接受强烈化疗的血液恶性肿瘤患者中发病率较高。由于早期诊断困难、治疗不及时,其病死率较高。文章综述近年来IPA的诊治进展。Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis is very common in patients with hematological malignan- cies.The survival of patients with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis is very poor because of difficulties in early diagnosis and lack of effective treatment options.It is very emergent to improve the methods of diagnosis and therapy.
