血清乳酸脱氢酶、β_2-微球蛋白、D-二聚体在非霍奇金淋巴瘤中表达的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-MG)及 D-二聚体的变化在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)诊断、治疗中的意义。方法 40例 NHL 患者采用 L-P 连续监测法检测 LDH,化学免疫发光技术检测β_2-MG,免疫比浊法检测 D-二聚体。结果 NHL 患者血清 LDH、β_2-MG、D-二聚体高于正常对照组(P<0.05);Ⅲ～Ⅳ期者三者水平高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期(P<0.05);治疗有效后三者趋于正常(P>0.05)。结论血 LDH、β_2-MG 及 D-二聚体可作为 NHL 患者诊断、临床分期、疗效及预后评定的辅助指标。Objective To explore the clinical significance of the blood lactic dehydrogenase(LDH), β_2-microglobulin(β_2-MG),D-dimer measuring in the diagnosis and treatment of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Methods In 40 cases with NHL,LDH was measured by L-P continuous monitoring method,β_2-MG was measured by luminescent immunoassay,D-dimer was measured by immunoturbidimettic assay.Results The levels of the blood LDH,β_2-MG and D-dimer in patients with NHL were higher than those of in the controls(P <0.05),and the levels of Ⅲ～Ⅳ phase were significantly higher than those of Ⅰ～Ⅱ phase(P<0.05),the lev- els of LDH,β_2-MG and D-dimer in patients of CR group after chemotherapy were normal(P>0.05).Con- clusion The levels of blood LDH,β_2-MG,D-dimer can be taken as an auxiliary clinical index to diagnose, classify the phase,evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and prognosis in the NHL patients,and have impor- tant clinical significance.
