摘　　要：目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、P-糖蛋白(P-gp)和细胞间隙连接蛋白-43 (CX-43)与上皮性卵巢癌化疗疗效及临床病理的关系。方法60份原发上皮性卵巢癌(PEOC)组织和6份正常卵巢组织作为研究对象。根据临床诊断分为三组:化疗耐药组30例;化疗敏感组30例;正常卵巢组6例。病例术前均未接受过放疗,入院后均行广泛性全子宫切除+盆腔淋巴结清扫+阑尾切除+大网膜切除术,66例患者均有随访结果。用流式细胞术定量分析66份标本中COX-2、P-gp和CX-43蛋白的表达量。结果CX-43蛋白的表达:化疗耐药组<化疗敏感组<正常卵巢组织,单向方差分析两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。P-gp和COX-2蛋白的表达:化疗耐药组>化疗敏感组>正常卵巢组织,单向方差分析差异均有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论P-gp、COX-2蛋白的表达上升和CX-43蛋白的表达下降与上皮性卵巢癌的复发、进展及化疗耐药有关。Objective To explore the relations between the expression of COX-2,CX-43 and P-gp protein,and the curative effect of chemotherapy and clinical pathology.Methods To select the paraffin-em- bedded samples of 60 cases with PEOC and 6 cases with normal ovarian between January 1999 and June 2003.All of them were divided into three groups:drug-resistance greup(30 cases),drug-sensitive group(30 cases) and normal ovarian group(6 cases,as controls).CX-43 protein were detected respectively in 66 samples by flow cytometry (FCM).Results The levels of P-gp and COX-2 were drug-resistance group>drug-sensitive group>normal ovarian group (P<0.005).The levels of CX-43 were drug-resistance group<drug-sensitive group<normal ovarian group(P<0.001).Proteins had significant difference between the three groups.Conclu- sion The levels of P-gp,COX-2 and CX-43 not only have positive relation to chemotherapy resistance to PEOC,but also have correlation to its/recurrence,development and courses of chemotherapy.
