摘　　要：放射治疗是妇科恶性肿瘤的主要治疗手段之一,尤其是近距离放疗更是占有重要地位。既往近距离治疗多采用^(137)Cs、^(192)Ir等γ射线放射性核素,患者肿瘤局部控制率和生存率长期以来未有明显提高。中国自行研制开发的锎(^(252)Cf)近距离治疗机已在国内多个单位应用于临床治疗,且显示出越来越大的临床优势,能有效地提高肿瘤局部控制率及患者生存率。Radiotherapy is an important treatment on gynecological tumors,especially for brachyther- apy.^(137)Cs,^(192)Ir were usually used in the past,but the local control and survival rates were not increased obvi- ously.The machines,that was made in China,of ^(252)Cf neutrons brachytherapy were used already by many hos- pitals in our country and played a preponderant role more and more.It can increase the local control and sur- vival rates effectively on gynecological tumors.
