摘 要:本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对广西小学体育教师素质评价的内容和标准进行了多视角、多层面的研究,建立了广西城市、县城、乡镇等三个不同类别和层次的广西小学体育教师素质评价标准体系,对促进体育教师的专业发展提出了新的思考,为科学、合理地评价小学体育教师素质和教育行政管理部门决策,以及开展体育师资培训工作提供了参考依据。By using the literature data,questionnaires and mathematical statistics,this paper has a multi-angle and multi-layer study on the content and standard of quality evaluation for the gym teachers in Guangxi elementary schools and has established the quality evaluation criteria system for the gym teachers in Guangxi elementary schools with three different types and levels——cities,county,towns and villages.Thus,it stimulates the new thoughts for promoting the professional development of the gym teachers and provides reference and bases for scientifically and reasonably evaluating the quality of the gym teachers in elementary schools and the decisions of educational administrative departments and developing the qualification training of the gym teachers.
