摘  要:"多回直流基于广域信息的自适应协调控制"为南方电网公司重点科技项目,其目的是要充分利用广域测量信息的优势及南方电网现有多回直流的调制能力抑制交流系统的区域间低频振荡,目前已完成理论研究和样机开发,并做了RTDS测试。该测试在南方电网仿真实验室内进行,由控制系统(样机)、直流极控系统屏柜、RTDS系统联接构成闭环测试系统。本文首先介绍了电力系统广域稳定控制技术发展的现状,然后对于本项目RTDS测试过程中发现的一些关键技术问题进行了讨论。The project, ‘Wide-area Adaptive Coordinated Control System for Multiple HVDC (MIDC) Links’ has been set up by China Southern Power Grid (CSG) as a pivot project, and developed by CSG and its collaborators. The aim of the project is to damp down the inter-area oscillation in CSG based on a wide-area measurement system (WAMS) and adaptive coordinated modulation technologies of MIDC. The stage of theoretical research and control system prototype developing was over, and a RTDS test was carreid out in the RTDS laboratory of CSG with a closed-loop system of the prototype, and the HVDC Pole Control Cubes as well as the RTDS system. The paper introduces the state-of-arts and prospect of wide-area stability control techniques, then some key technical issues arising from RTDS test of the project are discussed.
