结直肠癌中可溶性CD_(54)、CD_(44)的表达与临床意义

摘　　要：目的　通过检测结直肠癌患者血清中sCD5 4、sCD4 4浓度的变化,了解其与肿瘤分期、预后以及肿瘤转移间的关系。方法　应用夹心ELISA和一步ELISA法对己确诊的32例结直肠癌患者血清中sCD5 4、sCD4 4的浓度进行测定,A期6例,B、C期18例,8例术后发现广泛转移,其余8例为D期。另设青年组和老年组作为对照,男女各半。结果　两者在男性和女性中水平是基本稳定的,性别不是分析血清中sCD5 4、sCD4 4水平的因素(均P >0 .0 5 ) ,16例广泛转移者和10例B、C期患者、6例A期患者以及对照组sCD5 4、sCD4 4的浓度相比差异均显著(P <0 .0 1) ,sCD5 4、sCD4 4间存在正相关关系,提示sCD5 4、sCD4 4水平与结直肠癌的转移密切相关。结论　结直肠癌转移的多个环节存在相关性,sCD5 4、sCD4 4可作为结直肠癌转移的标志,对预后预测有帮助,同时有助于术前手术范围的确定。Objective In order to study the relationship between the level of serum sCD54, sCD44 concentration and tumor Stage, prognosis and metastasis, serum sCD54, sCD44 concentration inpatients with colorectal cancer was detected.Method Sandwich ELISA and one-step ELISA methods were adpoted to detect the serum sCD54,sCD44 concentration in 32 patients with colorectal Cancer including stage A-6cases, stage B.C-18cases (8 cases belong to extensive metastasis after surgery),stage D- 8cases,healthy young and senile persons as contral groups.Results There was no significant difference between male and femal patients (P>0.05),SO sex was not the factor in analysis of the serum SCD54 and sCD44 (P>0.05), There are significant difference compared with contral groups, stage A-6cases, stage B.C-10cases in serum sCD54 and sCD44 concentration in patients with colorectal cancer with intensive metastasis( P< 0.01=;There was a positive correlation between sCD54 and sCD44; It was suggestion that the level of serum sCD54 and sCD44 had a correlation with the of metastasis colorectal cancer.Conclusion Many links Were found in correlation with metastasis of coiorcetai cancer.SCD54 and sCD44 can be used as a marker of metastasis of Colorcetal cancer, It was helpful to forecast the prognosis and provide guidance to clinical work and contribute to define the limits of surgery and comprehensive treatment after opration.
