摘　　要：以北京化工大学"优秀学生党员引领工程"为载体,介绍了学校学生党建制度的发展过程,剖析了学生党建制度的内容,并提出进一步探索教育创新途径,永葆高校党组织先进性和内在活力。On the basis of the guiding project of excellent student party member in Beijing University of Chemical Technology,the developing experiences of the rule of Party building in student group are introduced in this paper.Exploring the new approach to education innovation and keeping the Party's progressiveness in universities are put forward.
