摘　　要：高校图书馆网络化建设主要是:"以人为本"重点为学科专业的教学、科研服务,充分利用计算机技术实现图书流通管理自动化。该系统基于Delphi程序设计技术与SQL Server 2000数据库技术,侧重研究了图书管理系统中流通领域的技术实现。The purpose of the network building of college library is to serve the teaching and scientific research based on human-orientation,to realize the automatic management for books circulation.The Delphi programming design technology and SQL Server 2000 database technology are adopted to this system.The technological realization of the books circulation management system is mainly studied in this paper.
