摘　　要：目的探讨严重挫伤性前房积血的取出新方法。方法36例(36眼)严重挫伤性前房积血经药物治疗无效者,采用粘弹剂充分分离血凝块,凭借粘弹剂对娩出通道的软弹性扩张作用和对血凝块的软弹性推力,使血凝块随骤然涌出的粘弹剂自然或略借自制匙状驱逐针头娩出眼外。结果本组36例(36眼)血凝块全部被安全、快捷地取出,无一发生手术误伤,且术后反应轻微。结论该手术方式操作简单,术中安全、术后并发症少,是清除前房积血的有效方法。Objective To explore the new techniques on clearances of serious hyphma after ocular contusion. Methods 36 eyes of 36 cases with serious hyphma after ocular contusion were treated with viscoelastics and self-made syringe needle,who were ineffective treated by drugs. Results 36 eyes of hyphema were all removed safely and quickly.No accidental injure happened and the reaction after operaction was very slight. Conclusion This technique is simple,safe,efficient and has few complications.
