摘　　要：目的探讨青光眼滤过手术后白内障手术的方法及并发症的预防和处理。方法青光眼滤过术后白内障24例,采取颞上方或颞侧角巩膜缘隧道式小切口行白内障囊外摘出+人工晶体植入术。手术避开功能性滤过泡,保持已有的滤过功能。结果视力均有不同程度的提高：≥0．5的15例、0．1～0．4的7例、＜0．1的2例。随访3月眼压控制在正常范围。结论小切口囊外摘出手术治疗青光眼滤过术后白内障,可提高视力并保持滤过泡功能。Objective To study the treatment and prognosis of complications of small incision ECCE and IOL implantation for cataract after glaucoma filtering operation.Methods The operations were performed on 24 cases with a preexisting filteration bleb,in which at the temporal scleral-incision was selected and maintained the functional filtering bleb in our hospital.Results The postoperative visual acuity ofaU patients improved in different degrees with≥0.5 in 15 cases,0.1～0.4 in 7 cases,and＜0.1 in 2 cases.All cases were observed at 3 months,and the intraocular pressure was confined in normal range.Conclusion Glaucomators eyes with cataract after filter- ing operation can rehabilitate their visual acuity and maintain the functional filtering bleb by small incision ECCE and IOL implantation.
