摘　　要：20 0 5年后我国教育部将承担参加世界大学生运动会的重任。面对世界大学生篮球运动水平的迅速提高 ,以及我国现代大学生篮球运动的水平 ,要完成此项任务 ,我们必须与时俱进 ,尽快转变观念 ,构建普通高校高水平篮球队的新体系。After 2005,the Ministry of Education of China will hold the World University students Sports Meet.With the rapid improvement of the quality of the basketball sports of the world unversity students and the actual situation of basketball sports of the university Students in our country,to successfully accomplish the task,we must change our ideas to construct a new system for high-quality basketball teams in the universities of China.
