摘　　要：隐性知识是知识的重要组成部分,创新人才的培养源于隐性知识的生成与获得。文章从隐性知识的内涵、特征、价值入手,探讨了隐性知识在培养研究生创新能力方面的作用,并对创造条件,提高个人隐性知识含量,培养研究生创新能力提出了建议。The tacit knowledge is an important part of the knowledge. The formation and acquirement of tacit knowledge is the source of the cultivation of creative people. the cultivation of graduate student＇ s innovative ability, with This paper discusses the function of tacit knowledge in analysis of the connotation, characteristics and the value on the tacit knowledge. It proposes some suggestions on the creation of the conditions to improve individual tacit knowledge and the cultivation of graduate student＇ s innovative ability.
