摘　　要：本文从高校图书馆发展出发,论述了提高大学图书馆人员素质的迫切需要和继续教育的必要性。Based on the nature of libraries in institutions of higher learning,the article states that library art in urgent need of self cultivation art further point out the necessity of their on the job training and education.
